Change is our core business

In 1995, we set out to launch the digital age. Since then, we have supported numerous organizations in their digital transformation. To achieve this, we work hand in hand in our office in Kreuzberg and from our home offices: strategies, concepts, copywriting, creation and technology - together we create new websites or digital tools, support our clients in digital communication and find the right strategy for sustainable change.

We are always looking ahead: The desire to shape the future is an important part of the DNA of 3pc.

We share our clients' motivation to uphold achievements such as education, enlightenment and democratic participation and to make them fit for the digital age. That is why we also participate in various research projects to take new technologies from the idea stage to market maturity.

What you'll get from us

We live flexibility. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work freely and independently. In addition, we offer a hybrid model of home office and time in the office as well as flexible working hours with overtime compensation. It is very important to us to find individual solutions for an optimal work-life balance.

We are involved in multiple initiatives to break down barriers and support integration and participation in society. In cooperation with the ReDi school, we facilitate minorities with different backgrounds to transition into the IT and digital Industry. We also advocate for the visibility of women in IT and Tech, promoting female role models so girls and young women see this field as a viable career option. We are also proud participants of the Diversity Charter (Charta der Vielfalt) that promotes the recognition, appreciation and integration of diversity in business culture.

Open positions

We are looking for support in various areas. For some positions, basic or very good German language skills are a prerequisite for application. However, we are very flexible in the area of web development.
