Explanatory films

Explanatory films get to the heart of the matter - clearly and quickly. Whether for websites, social media, campaigns or internal communication: we develop the story, translate it into precise scripts, storyboards and style frames and create a coherent explanatory video as a 2D animation. Our sound design provides structure and supports comprehensibility. Subtitles and barrier-conscious design increase accessibility and reach. Your target groups will be impressed.
Logo animation

We set your logo in motion - subtle or striking, always in line with your design rules. The animation is suitable as an intro/outro for videos, reels and stories, web headers or presentations at the next event. We supply variants for different formats (portrait/landscape/1:1) in the appropriate lengths - with your very own sound design on request. This ensures that your presentation remains consistent and quickly recognisable everywhere.
Social media animations

Short, clear clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok: Your messages understood in seconds - with precise timing, easy-to-read typography and appropriate imagery. We deliver variants in portrait format, landscape format and 1:1 as social media animations for feeds, stories and reels. Subtitles and animated captions ensure comprehension without sound. We adapt your key visual and create concise cut-downs from long explanatory films - for example for invitations to webinars and online events where you want to impress.
UI animation & micro-interactions

Small movements, big impact: UI animations and micro-interactions provide orientation, confirm inputs and explain processes - in apps and on websites. We define movement principles (timing, intensity), animate key states and transitions (hover, loading, success/error) and create prototypes for testing and approval. On request, we deliver variants with reduced movement and prepare the assets for a smooth handover to design and development.
Infographic animations

Numbers, processes and correlations become quickly understandable as infographic animations - for reports, pitches, presentations, websites and science communication. We structure the data story, select suitable forms of presentation (e.g. trends, comparisons, processes) and pay attention to readability, legends and units. This results in clear animations that convey key messages precisely. We can create templates for recurring formats on request.

How a motion project works

Kick-off & Storyfinding

Together, we clarify objectives, target groups, key messages and deployment channels, determine the scope and schedule and define success criteria.

Script & Storyboard

The script, storyboard and style frames are created on the basis of the briefing. Tonality and imagery are harmonised with your branding. We check legibility and contrasts at an early stage with a view to accessibility.

Animation & Review

We animate the graphics and coordinate in short feedback rounds. You receive previews and give feedback on your motion design directly in the video.

Deliverables & adaptations

We deliver exports for web and social media (portrait format, landscape format, 1:1). Optional subtitles, sound or silent versions and short versions are also available. We are happy to optimise the animation for websites, apps and presentations. We provide open files by arrangement.
