The workshop

In the first part of the workshop, we will focus on the topics of structure and composition as well as writing for the web. In the second part of the workshop, we want to develop a consistent language style together. Finally, in the third and last part of the workshop, we will develop the necessary planning steps for editorial content production.

Kick-off meeting

The starting point is a joint familiarisation meeting in which we develop an understanding of the challenges, goals and processes of your content creation. The kick-off meeting is also used for concrete workshop planning

Workshop part 1

In the first part, taking into account the specific requirements of your organisation, we will develop recommendations for content creation, focusing mainly on the topics of content structure and composition as well as writing for the web.

At the beginning of the workshop, we focus on previously unused opportunities and reveal how the potential of your content can be optimally utilised. In a presentation, we summarise the most important key points of digital content creation: From the basic rules of writing to structure, barrier-free content preparation and search engine optimisation.

We will then discuss questions such as: What particular challenges need to be considered in your own organisation? What recommendations and rules need to be established? And what could make the work of the editorial team easier?

Workshop part 2

In the second part, the aim is to develop a consistent language style and work together in a writing workshop to develop techniques to harmonise text tonality and target group-oriented content.

Before we move on to the writing workshop, we will start with an impulse presentation and discuss and evaluate examples to sharpen our focus on what makes good online content.

Develop workflow

Together we define who produces content, whether and what training is required to create content, who publishes content, how quality assurance is ensured, who takes part in editorial meetings and who is responsible for topic planning.
