The new website of the Lessingtheater Wolfenbüttel
The Lessing Theatre in Wolfenbüttel was opened in 1909 and has been a place of enlightenment, cultural education and the fusion of the past and modernity since the premiere of Lessing's drama "Nathan the Wise". Following the core refurbishment and reopening of the Lessing Theatre in May 2013, the website was also completely overhauled.
The Lessingtheater in a new look with the e-publisher:stage
In 2019, 3pc took over the upgrade of the in-house content management system e-publisher:stage, which was specially developed for cultural institutions. In addition to new functions that improve usability and clarity for editors, the site was adapted to the latest technical standards: The focus was on responsiveness and accessibility.
Expressive design
3pc also adapted the design with an expressive image concept and the prominent presentation of the visual material to the Lessingtheater's claim to be a cosmopolitan, culturally significant community and repertory theatre. For the detailed pages of the programme, 3pc systematically used videos and original soundtracks to provide direct insights into the respective performances and encourage users to visit.
The result: a modern, open and self-confident external image for the Lessing Theatre in Wolfenbüttel.
