Where pioneers made film history in the UFA Studios Tempelhof and later the Berlin Union-Film BUFA, modern studios are still available for productions. At the same time, Atelier Gardens has opened its campus to start-ups, creatives and companies under the motto "celebrating soul, soil and society" and is home to globally active organisations such as Fridays for Future, Tiny Farms and WeChange.
The site has been carefully remodelled and redesigned since 2019. Spaces of various sizes have been created as offices, workshop or event rooms, while the newly designed outdoor areas offer space for events or relaxed moments.

Success with 360-degree communication

These opportunities should be publicised even more widely! In order to position Atelier Gardens more strongly in the public eye as a centre for creativity and sustainability, we worked closely with our clients to further develop the communication strategy so that it covers all areas - from the website to campaigns and content creation.

Our aim was to present the campus as an innovative work and event location, while at the same time always conveying its special orientation: Those who work, live and celebrate here are part of a movement that has an impact far beyond Berlin's borders.

One facelift please! Technology and design combined

The first important step was the comprehensive redesign of the website. In collaboration with Atelier Gardens, we developed a concept that optimised the user experience and increased the site's performance. Technical improvements helped to eliminate bugs and improve the presentation of the content. We focused on the clear presentation of services for different target groups so that those interested in office space, film production or event locations can quickly find the content they are looking for.
Overall, the online presence is now more user-friendly and much easier to find thanks to a strong focus on search engine optimisation.

Creativity and consistency as a strategy

Alongside the technical improvements to the website, we created new content and revised the existing content: Our aim was to develop a clear and consistent content strategy that took into account both the tonality and the appeal to the different target groups. The entire process was characterised by close coordination and the use of collaborative tools.

Optimisation of processes

By using Hubspot and Monday, we have optimised communication and workflow within the Atelier Gardens team. Through customised integrations and training for employees, we have created the conditions for all processes to function smoothly and goals to be pursued efficiently. The use of KPI dashboards enables us to continuously monitor success and adjust measures where necessary.

Targeted campaigns with foresight

To further establish Atelier Gardens as a focal point for creative professionals and companies, we have developed a series of campaigns. Whether Google Ads, LinkedIn or Instagram - both organic and paid postings increase the visibility of the campus.

We not only advertised the studio and office space, but also staged events and functions. In addition to campaigns on all digital channels, we also implemented onsite and print campaigns to further increase the reach with banners or flyers, for example.

For over 30 years, we have been working with remarkable institutions from the education, science, culture, administration or business sectors.
