Digital consumer policy events

The Federation of German Consumer Organisations (vzbv) campaigns for strong consumer rights and sees itself as an advisor and competence centre for politics, business and administration. As an umbrella organisation, it pools the interests of Germany's 16 consumer advice centres and a further 28 consumer policy organisations.

The vzbv's Consumer Policy Forum is an annual format at which consumer policy topics from the areas of food, agriculture and nutrition are discussed. In 2022, the topics of sustainability, regionality and a healthy and animal-friendly diet were on the agenda. Other event formats such as empowerment and active participation will follow.

A space for dialogue and discussion: 3pc worked closely with the vzbv team to develop the forum's new landing page. As a central event location, it provides interaction tools such as live surveys and Q&As for users in addition to the livestream. In our in-house studio, the set was set up according to the topic and equipped with technical equipment.

International Green Week

On 27 January 2022, the Consumer Policy Forum took place on the topic of "Sustainable, animal-friendly, regional and healthy". 3pc provided the studio and realised and managed the media production and livestream.

Health policy

The consumer policy event on the topic of "Empowerment and active participation" was held on 20 June 2022 to promote greater patient orientation in the healthcare system. The livestream and studio as well as various media such as an animated key visual, an animated explanatory film and a street survey were realised.

German Consumer Day 2022

Once a year, the Federation of German Consumer Organisations organises the German Consumer Day in Berlin. At this central consumer policy event, the vzbv discusses current developments and challenges in consumer policy together with guests from politics, business, science, civil society and the media. 3pc was responsible for the website, the subtitled live stream on the website and the interaction between participants and contributors in the 3D green screen studio. A feedback form was also integrated, which was displayed in the interaction tool immediately after the end of the event.

Projects with purpose

For over 30 years, we have been working with remarkable institutions from the education, science, culture, administration or business sectors.

All our projects are based on common features: their demand for a high standard of editorial quality, their complexity and the fact that they are part of a greater societal change.

Throughout our work, an innovative and strategic outlook is key. At the same time, we have the highest demands on usability, design and the underlying technology of our work. All of these components must prove sustainable in the long term.

The projects that move us are socially relevant, they matter. At the same time, they enable and inspire us to try out new ideas and concepts.

In all contexts, we value a comprehensive understanding of the diverse organizational cultures of our clients. We know how to support employees in change processes and how to moderate cultural change.

We see consulting as a joint process in which we use co-creative elements as effective and active forms of collaboration. Our aim is to involve all relevant stakeholders in finding solutions in order to achieve an optimal result that will be accepted in the long term.

Awards

Our work has received many awards. We work on projects with journalistic standards and high benchmarks for design and usability. Thanks to these criteria, 3pc was awarded the Grimme Online Award as well as other prizes.

"In a world permanently surrounded by media and technical evolution our perception is changing, user interfaces - the interfaces between human and machine - play a key role. This is where the future is negotiated and where we help shape it.“
