Ecology, democracy, gender equality: topics that are among the focal points of the Heinrich Böll Foundation. The foundation is close to the Bündnis 90/Die Grünen party, works as a reform policy workshop for the future with over a hundred partner projects in more than 60 countries and maintains offices in well over 30 countries itself.
We have been supporting the Henrich Böll Foundation in the organisational planning and technical implementation of its online events since 2022. Whether for events for a specialist audience or for the general public, our solutions contribute to optimal communication and knowledge transfer - regardless of location.
"Journalism under pressure: how can quality journalism be ensured?", "Basic course in energy efficiency: legal framework and implementation" or "Europe's colonial rucksack": the Heinrich Böll Foundation's thematic spectrum is broad and finds its audience. Regular online events, which complement local events, also play their part in this: various specialist events, conferences, expert talks, seminars and panel discussions make it possible to involve speakers from other countries live and at the same time reach numerous interested parties far beyond Germany.
Clear your head for the essentials
During a lively discussion or the explanation of complex issues, nobody wants to have to deal with technical matters at the same time. We therefore liaise closely with the specialist departments and the Foundation's conference office to ensure that experts and the audience can concentrate on the essentials: the content.
Tried and tested processes
Where do I have to look? Can I be heard? How do I announce that I want to answer a question? Briefings and technical checks with the participants provide security in advance - after all, a Zoom conference is a little different from a live event in front of a "tangible" audience.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we set up and operate our own technical infrastructure - from admission and the allocation of the 150 or so participants in meetings or webinars to live streaming and simultaneous translation. During the event, we take care of the image direction, manage the chat or control surveys and interactive presentations.
