The pflegelotse.de portal, which we completely relaunched, was voted one of "Germany's Best Online Portals 2017" by 20,000 consumers - the best feedback for our user-centred approach. Pflegelotse also scored extremely well in the BITV test: 96.75 out of 100 points - "very accessible"! The portal helps users to find the right care provision and a suitable facility. As experts in simplification, we have redesigned the website and made it responsive, as well as editing the texts.
