Orientation in paradise: Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra with new chatbot
A guide to the “paradises” of the Dresden Philharmonic: Our chatbot answers questions about concerts, artists, and services.

With the new season, the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra is opening up its "paradises" - not only in the programme, but now also in access. Anyone navigating through the variety of a rich programme is often looking less for information than for orientation, for a gentle hint, an inviting introduction. This is exactly where the new chatbot, which we have developed together over the past few months, comes in. It is our first own chatbot - a 3pc product resulting from this collaboration.
It is still in the test phase - but good conversations take time. It answers questions about concerts, artists and services in dialogue: present when you need it, reserved when you don't. Integrated directly on the website and in the concert finder, it remains exactly where decisions are made without detours and without interrupting the user experience. And if you like, you can simply take the Philharmonie with you. The chatbot becomes a personal companion via WhatsApp or Telegram: for questions, ideas and discoveries, whenever and wherever you want.
A language model works in the background, making the Philharmonie's content accessible in context and incorporating the website: fast, precise and yet open enough to preserve the artistic programme's own logic. This takes the pressure off the editorial team as well as the audience and makes the programme accessible without simplifying it. It quietly accompanies you through the programme and opens your eyes to the many paradises of the season.
