    From conception to realisation

    3pc supported Leafworks in the realisation of the festival at all levels. The focus was on the development of an event concept, which was worked out in close cooperation as a "work in progress" project. In a joint workshop, the basis for further event planning was first created and a concrete target image was developed. The conceptual elaborations formed the basis for the profitability forecast of the event, in the course of which 3pc prepared a cost calculation. In addition to the conceptual and organisational preparation, we were also responsible for the actual implementation: from programme and personnel management to ticketing and on-site participant management, the team ensured that everything ran smoothly. With the branding of print materials and the production of video recordings, 3pc was also jointly responsible for the creative part of the event. In the follow-up, we ensured the evaluation and reporting of the event in order to assess the success of the festival.

    In addition to planning the various programme highlights, the logistical coordination of the B2B event was a particular challenge. As idyllic as the venue is in the middle of Brandenburg's lake district, travelling to the event by public transport is just as challenging. With the help of car pools and an on-demand shuttle service, all visitors were able to reach the event in comfort. Thanks to the positive response, a save the date for the CX Festival 2024 has already been announced.
