The ARRIVO BERLIN training initiative supports the integration of refugees into training and work. Under the title "Integration. Made in Berlin.", the specialist event in March 2022 met with overwhelming interest. With more than 200 experts from business, science, civil society and organisations, the focus was on refugees on the Berlin training market. The opportunities, hurdles and challenges in the professional integration of people with a refugee background were discussed together. 3pc was present at the event and, in addition to the technical direction, ensured that everything ran smoothly.

Real teamwork for more integration - ARRIVO BERLIN and 3pc further developed and concretised the digital stage programme and the 8 planned workshops in a concept workshop and subsequent method training.
Our event experts also took on the management of participants and contributors, supervised the technical planning and implementation and carried out the pre- and post-production of the event.
