Networking, training and exchanging ideas: STAAR Surgical AG, manufacturer of implantable lenses for optimal vision without glasses, pursues these goals with its "Refractive Camps". In Germany, the internationally active US company used to invite its refractive managers to Hamburg once a year to present new developments and differentiated perspectives on how best to advise patients.
Corona also forced the company to break new ground here: 3pc was commissioned to design and technically implement a digital edition of the format.

Vividly conveyed: knowledge and experience reports via livestream

Around 100 participants learned about the implantable Collamer lens EVO ICL via livestream from the 3pc studio and benefited from an interactive programme with video clips, live surveys, specialist presentations and on-site interviews.

In addition to the technical exchange and knowledge transfer, influencer and model Klaudia Giez reported on her positive experiences with the EVO-ICL lens in the studio. Klaudia, who is known to many as the contestant "Klaudia mit K" from Germany's Next Topmodel or as a participant in the WOK World Cup, received her life-changing visual acuity herself a few years ago and was able to report on her experiences and personal moments of happiness on site.

A clear view of the concept and implementation

Behind the professional handling of the successful event was not only a lot of fun on the job, but also a lot of expertise on our part: a consultation workshop in advance helped those involved to define a common thread for the event and not only to agree on possible tools, but above all to familiarise themselves with digital or hybrid mediation and cooperation approaches.

3pc also produced various media inserts for the event itself (invitation trailer, behind-the-scenes documentation, animations) as well as social media postings during the supportive preparation phase. 3pc also designed the studio set with sustainable roll-ups and staged it with the right lighting mood.

Visibly enthusiastic

Together, the participants beamed into the camera for the final photo. And unanimously agreed, which was also reflected in the behind-the-scenes video and the participants' feedback: "What a great evening, both in terms of the technical aspects and the atmosphere! What a successful accompaniment!
