Shaping education, mastering the future.
The annual conference of the Transfer Agency for Large Cities of the German Children and Youth Foundation took place for the first time in November 2021 under the name "Shaping education, mastering the future." in the 3pc studio. Around 40 municipalities from Germany as well as representatives from science, management and administration took part in the programme, which was funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. With impulses from science and municipal practice, the focus was placed on the question of how education can be made accessible to all people in the future. Particular attention was paid to educational landscapes and their competences.
Our services for the annual conference
3pc staged, technically supervised and managed the digital event as an interactive show in its own 3pc studio. The supporting programme, moderated by Boussa Thiam, was varied and relied on a combination of on-site interviews, digital Zoom calls and online spaces for participants to network with each other on the venueless platform. In the 6.5-hour stream, the programme was followed on the event platform and an intensive exchange was maintained with the contributors in interactive chat and discussion rooms. Together with the telecolleagues, 3pc set up the studio set and the entire event equipment and took over the direction of the live event. In addition, full project management was provided, including consulting and coordination of external service providers.
