The workshop

Self-conception, self-image, the lived values of your company or organisation: they form the foundation for the goals you want to achieve with your work. These goals characterise your image, the image of your very own brand, both externally and internally: Employees can orientate themselves by them and draw motivation from them. Goals and values define your target group. Without clear goals, stakeholders would not be able to measure your success. However, in times of crisis, change processes or simply in everyday working life, goals, values and core tasks can be lost sight of.

Mit unserem Workshop zur Markenbildung unterstützen wir Sie dabei, Ihren Blick auf die Besonderheiten und Einzigartigkeit Ihrer Organisation, Ihres Unternehmens und Ihrer Marke zu fokussieren. Mithilfe co-kreativer Methoden arbeiten wir gemeinsam Ihre Werte und Ziele heraus, priorisieren und leiten den Austausch über den Ist- und Soll-Zustand an. Die Ergebnisse des Workshops bilden den idealen Ausgangspunkt zur weiteren Strategieentwicklung sowie für konkrete Maßnahmen zur Markenbildung und Markenführung. Programme of the workshop

1 / Joint kick-off

Prior to the workshop, we organise a small kick-off meeting with you to understand your needs and then plan the individual focus and line-up of the workshop.

2 / Co-creative workshop session

At the beginning of the workshop, we encourage participants to engage in an open dialogue using various conceptual methods. The aim is to integrate all perspectives, identify current challenges and make existing considerations for the further development of your organisation transparent. We then focus specifically on values, goals and tasks. We offer you assistance in structuring the three fields, addressing contradictions and jointly defining priorities.

Based on the results, we support you in formulating an overarching vision in the form of a vision statement. At the end of the workshop, we provide space for an open discussion on how the vision can be realised.

3 / Documentation and making recommendations

In the follow-up, we analyse the findings of the workshop, identify key areas for action and make practical recommendations for possible next steps. You will receive the results in the form of a PDF document.
