The Event Accelerator Workshop is designed to bring your team up to speed with the latest developments, gain a basic technical understanding and select the right platforms and applications based on best practice examples. The Event Accelerator Workshop is aimed at organisations that want to deal confidently with different event formats and the associated challenges. An interdisciplinary composition of decision-makers, speakers and specialists is recommended for the workshop.

Programme of the workshop
1/ Kick-Off
First of all, we want to get to know you, your organisation and your event formats: In a kick-off, we discuss current goals, challenges and existing initiatives. We will also work with you to plan the line-up and schedule of the workshop.
2/ Analysis
Before we start the workshop, we cluster the initial findings from the kick-off. Here it can be helpful to draw on quantitative key data and qualitative feedback from your past events. If there is no data, no problem: we create a customised questionnaire that you can send to contributors, participants, supporters, etc. This also helps us to get to know your target group. Together we look at the targeted use of media and moderation, consider the attention span of your target group and discover exciting opportunities for interaction. At the end of the workshop, we summarise the results of our work and make specific recommendations on how you can pursue the ideas further.
