Enthusiasm for your goals thanks to storytelling

Utilise the power of stories for your strategic communication

The workshop

Today, storytelling is more important than ever for reaching people: In order to stand out from the almost infinite range of communication offerings, messages must be embedded in appealing stories. Because stories entertain, impart knowledge and make ideas and arguments tangible. From founding myths to brand stories and transformation narratives - storytelling is an excellent way to familiarise readers with your brand, service or product.

Our approach

Needs-orientated: We listen. Through dialogue, we find out where there is a need for action and how we can best set up the strategy development process.

Co-creative: The best ideas are developed together. We actively support you and your team in development processes and thus ensure a high level of acceptance.

Target group-orientated: We develop products and offers tailored to your needs and interests - from the analysis to the detailed concept.

Practice-orientated: We measure ourselves by practical results. We always develop our concepts and solutions with a view to good realisability.

Participants

Our programme is aimed at anyone who designs internal or external communication: Employees and managers from the fields of communications, marketing, PR or human resources - in other words, people who want to build trust, strengthen the bond with target groups and generate enthusiasm for products or services.

Programme of the workshop

1 / Preliminary discussion

In our first meeting, we would like to get to know you and find out about your goals and challenges. We plan our joint project and discuss whether we can gather input from the participants in advance in the form of a small survey, which we can use for preparation.

2 / Interactive storytelling presentation

We start with a one-and-a-half-hour presentation in which we explain the potential of storytelling techniques for organisational communication and explain the basics, strategies and forms of storytelling. We will use short exercises and discussion moments to establish a link to your communication needs and respond to your questions. The following key elements will be covered in the presentation:

- What is storytelling and what does it mean from a communications strategy perspective?

- What structures, elements and principles are there?

- How do you find a suitable storyline and build a suspenseful arc?

- How are stories staged editorially and in multimedia?

3 / Practical advice with workshop exercises

We then conduct a two-hour hands-on session: In it, we work with you to identify the aspects and topics of your work that are suitable for storytelling. In the group, we work on sketches for one or two exciting examples. We also advise you on the editorial processing and playout of the content.
