Digital association communication for Germany's HR

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V. (DGFP) has been the competence and career network for HR experts for over 65 years. Digital communication plays a key role in this. To make this even more efficient in the future, we developed a comprehensive concept for the relaunch and made the complex website more service- and user-orientated.

Digital transformation with a method: the DGFP repositions itself

The task was to present the extensive web offering in a clearer and more target group-orientated way. In workshops, our experienced concept developers worked with the client to develop the communication goals and the requirements of the target group in the form of personas and user stories, as well as analysing the competition and conducting user interviews. Based on this, 3pc developed a new, responsive design that also visually emphasises DGFP's core competencies.

Reach your destination with just a few clicks - navigate efficiently

The main domain dgfp.de and subdomains such as gmbh.dgfp.de are graphically differentiated from each other - but still clearly recognisable. DGFP's tasks, topics and services are bundled together in a new navigation structure. HR seminars are now easier to find thanks to the new user-friendly search and filter function.

A big plus in the day-to-day work of editors: our uncomplicated backend

Not only the users, but also the editors benefit from the new simplicity: the website was relaunched in TYPO3 7 LTS. A major advantage of the open source system is that it is modularly expandable and therefore offers a high degree of flexibility.

The new functions include audio and video content, an interactive map with integrated calendar and picture galleries.

The programming of a new interface significantly speeds up and optimises the DGFP's booking and registration processes.

We build bridges between the systems: Interface to CRM

We have also significantly accelerated and optimised DGFP's booking and registration processes by programming a new interface: seminars from DGFP's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can be displayed on the website via the interface and new registrations and bookings can be exported directly back into the CRM.

Projects with purpose

For over 30 years, we have been working with remarkable institutions from the education, science, culture, administration or business sectors.

All our projects are based on common features: their demand for a high standard of editorial quality, their complexity and the fact that they are part of a greater societal change.

Throughout our work, an innovative and strategic outlook is key. At the same time, we have the highest demands on usability, design and the underlying technology of our work. All of these components must prove sustainable in the long term.

The projects that move us are socially relevant, they matter. At the same time, they enable and inspire us to try out new ideas and concepts.

In all contexts, we value a comprehensive understanding of the diverse organizational cultures of our clients. We know how to support employees in change processes and how to moderate cultural change.

We see consulting as a joint process in which we use co-creative elements as effective and active forms of collaboration. Our aim is to involve all relevant stakeholders in finding solutions in order to achieve an optimal result that will be accepted in the long term.

Awards

Our work has received many awards. We work on projects with journalistic standards and high benchmarks for design and usability. Thanks to these criteria, 3pc was awarded the Grimme Online Award as well as other prizes.

"In a world permanently surrounded by media and technical evolution our perception is changing, user interfaces - the interfaces between human and machine - play a key role. This is where the future is negotiated and where we help shape it.“
