Text and image editing
We get your messages across clearly – for different target audiences across different channels: varied, authentic and unobtrusive, yet powerful in their message and spot-on in their tone.
The new leaflet urgently needs a final proofread, the website content is lagging behind the latest company developments, and a new feature would be nice too: many good ideas remain on the back burner due to a lack of time and staff – high-quality, targeted content for online or print media doesn’t just happen by itself.
Get some support: 3pc’s in-house editorial team is here to assist you with all your editorial projects.

Copy editing
Whether it’s brand content or service texts, social media posts (including community management) or press releases: as experienced, professional copywriters, we adapt our tone, style and wording to suit the tasks at hand.
We create new copy, edit or proofread your content, or revise it to suit your target audience. We provide conceptual support to ensure that the structure of your content, formats and tone of voice convey your message as a cohesive whole – accessible to all and, of course, optimised for search engines (SEO) and AI-powered searches (GEO).
When it comes to conveying your messages in a way that resonates with your target audience, striking the right note is key. And our copywriting and visual editing team ensures this – in a compelling, stylistically confident and effective manner.

Graphic editorial department
The best way to successfully reach your target audience is when text and images are coordinated, complement one another and, at the same time, consistently reflect your corporate identity.
All image editors at 3pc are trained to search for photographic and illustrative material in image databases, assess it for quality and suitability, and edit the images for print and digital use. Working hand in hand with our design department, we create infographics and animations, whilst our moving-image experts bring the desired visual message to life in real-life videos or explanatory films.
We translate your thematic requirements into a congruent visual language. We are masters of photo series and storytelling with strong, emotional images as well as the transformation of supposedly brittle facts and figures into meaningful infographics.
Content Management
Content supplied to us, whether text or multimedia, is not only editorially reviewed by our online editors and, where necessary, supplemented with media data and metadata, but is also entered into the content management system of your choice in a timely and professional manner. And this is done whilst paying close attention to information architecture, content structure and usability requirements such as accessibility and search engine optimisation.

Training courses
Would you like to handle content production and maintenance yourself? Take advantage of our range of workshops, from bespoke CMS training to content or GEO workshops, right through to writing workshops!
Together, we’ll work on presenting your content in a way that’s tailored to your target audience. The results will be incorporated into a bespoke web manual, a style guide or your editorial guidelines – a reliable foundation for designing your online presence so that it reaches its audience.
Professional content
-
What does ‘professional content creation’ mean?
Creating professional content involves far more than ‘just’ writing texts: it’s about the strategic development of content that is precisely tailored to you, your target audience and your communication objectives.
To achieve this, a target audience analysis is essential: if you know who your target audience is and what they want, you can design content accordingly. Instead of hoping that generic content will do the trick, you’ll create content that really resonates.
Content and digital formats are often adapted for websites, social media, campaigns or platforms in order to reach the desired audience across all channels.
In addition to the text, a consistent visual style plays a major role: photos, graphics, animations and videos not only help to convey the content, but also serve as elements of your visual identity.
-
Why is the picture editorial department important?
Professional image editing ensures a consistent visual language across all channels: the right selection, editing and composition of photos, illustrations, infographics or video content make your brand recognisable and effectively convey the emotions and values you wish to communicate.
Infographics and explanatory videos are ideal for complex topics, as they provide an additional visual dimension. They are particularly well-suited to technical subjects, processes or statistics, for example, and thus significantly improve comprehensibility and memorability. Use them strategically when text alone would seem too dense or abstract.
Overall, text and images complement each other: the text conveys your content or messages, whilst images can contribute both to emotional engagement and to clarity. By combining the two, you can reach a wider audience and enhance the effectiveness and memorability of your content.
-
Which channels and formats are relevant?
Depending on the target audience, it may be worth tailoring content for the following channels, for example:
- Websites & blogs (e.g. SEO- and GEO-optimised articles, offers, background pieces)
- Social media (e.g. posts, stories, LinkedIn articles)
- Campaigns & platforms (e.g. email marketing, landing pages, and print materials as part of campaigns )
- B2B and B2C communication (e.g. white papers, case studies (often incorporating storytelling), press releases)
The content is tailored in each case – for example, depending on the audience’s prior specialist knowledge or for target groups differentiated by age group.
-
How does collaboration work on a content project?
Different content projects may involve different sub-areas: concept development, copywriting, creating text-and-image posts or just image material, uploading to the CMS, and monitoring/reporting.
A complete content project, from the initial idea through to monitoring, usually involves the following steps:
- First, there is a detailed briefing to clarify objectives, target audiences, topics and the desired channels.
- On this basis, a content plan is drawn up, covering formats, tone of voice and, where applicable, an editorial calendar.
- Experienced copywriters then take charge of the editorial implementation. In doing so, the content is optimised not only creatively but also strategically and technically – for example, for search engines (SEO and GEO) or specific platforms.
At the same time, picture editors source suitable visual material – or our teams from the design, photography or video departments create the relevant content. - Once the text and imagery have been approved, the content is uploaded and published. This is accompanied by monitoring to measure success and make adjustments where necessary.
