Dresdner Philharmonie

Orientation in paradise with new chatbot

Arousing curiosity about concerts, artists and services, inviting you to explore for yourself: Our new chatbot answers questions about the Dresden Philharmonic's programme. Dialogue as another door to the world of classical music, directly on the website - or via WhatsApp and Telegram as a companion on your smartphone.

With the 26/27 season, the Dresden Philharmonic opens up its "paradises" - not only in the programme, but also in access. Anyone navigating through the variety of a rich programme is often looking less for information than for orientation, for a gentle hint, an inviting introduction. This is precisely where the new chatbot that we developed together comes in - a 3pc product resulting from this collaboration.

He answers questions about concerts, artists and services in dialogue: present when you need him, reserved when you don't. It is still in the test phase - but good conversations take time. Integrated directly on the website and in the concert finder, the chatbot remains exactly where decisions are made without detours and without interrupting the user experience. And if you like, you can simply take the Philharmonie with you. Via WhatsApp or Telegram, it becomes a personal messenger: for questions, ideas and discoveries, whenever and wherever you want.

The new application is based on the 3pc messenger service e-publisher:connect. It is linked to a language model that opens up the content of the Philharmonie in a context-related manner and incorporates the website: fast, precise and yet open enough to preserve the individual logic of the artistic programme. This takes the pressure off the editorial team as well as the audience and makes the programme accessible without simplifying it. It quietly accompanies you through the programme and opens your eyes to the many paradises of the season.
